STEP 1. First of all you have to open the web browser on your smartphone.
STEP 2. After that we have to type https://Jpg2PNG.Com in the search bar and open this site. Now on scrolling down we see the option of Upload Files, tap on it and select the photo which you want to put as WhatsApp sticker. If you want to remove the background of your photo, then you can install this app for that. And then you can save this photo as PNG format, so in this way you will not have to convert it by visiting the above mentioned website.

STEP 3. After selecting that photo will be loaded in PNG format in few second, now we have to download that photo.
STEP 4. After that you have to install this application named Personal Sticker For Facebook from App Store as shown in the screenshot. You can download it directly from the link given below.

After opening the app, you can see all your PNG photos above. Now we have to tap on Add and that photo will be saved in WhatsApp Sticker.
Now we have to send that photo to the person or group. For that, we have to open WhatsApp App and tap on the chat to which we want to send our Sticker.
STEP 5. Now we have to tap on the Emoji icon. And there is an option at the bottom, we have to tap on the Sticker icon in the side of the Gif. You can see in the screenshot.
